- Develop budgeting and five year plan files.- Develop sales forecasting.- Assess overall affiliates performance against our objectives.- Negotiate promotions renewal and make the follow up of them.- Design business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.- Being part of the negotiation team that revise with Legal team the new conditions agreed.- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities (data metrics, develop of reports, ways to share).- Being the link between the affiliate and the corporate in billing topics (doubts about calculations or new deals applications), monthly reports, and promotional letters.- Works closely and provide information to several areas in HBO (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Authorizations, Collections, Legal and Business Research.)- Leading meetings with the sales and marketing teams in order to give a guide about actual sales, sales expectations and interpretation of the data that the regional office receive.- Reviewing and approve the affiliate sheets and instruct to the sales executives about the new conditions to apply for the affiliate sheets (allocations, rates)- Reviewing and approve the service modification orders.- Gathering, analyze results and interpreting or develop trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide monthly reports.- Acquire commercial data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases refreshed in order to identify contractual obligations.- Reviewing finance, Affiliates and sales reports, web pages and performance indicators.- Checking the top´s deal calculation with finance to assure the deal application.

- Ejecución estratégica comercial derivada de análisis de ventas-Gestión de estrategias integrales de marketing y comerciales.- Control y creacion de buget.- Desarrollo, implementacion, control y evaluacion de campañas de venta.- Desarrollo de documentos para acuerdos comerciales.- Control sobre el pago de comisiones e incentivos. - Negociación de acuerdos comerciales y administración de contratos.- Desarrollo análisis estadísticos para verificar las desviaciones y tendencias por cliente con el fin de identificar areas de oportunidad.

Gestion de proyectos logísticos y cinematográficos.Análisis del entorno cinematográfico y reportes sobre información relevante para ubicar en fechar y en cantidad de copias los estrenos.Control de presupuesto, coordinación del área de compras, control de inventario y gestión de pago a proveedores.

Desarrollo análisis estadísticos para el control de eficiencia de ventas y apoyo para la toma de decisiones, verificando las desviaciones y tendencias por canal de venta, familia de productos y cliente específico presentándolo en reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.

Administración de proveedores, (alta, pagos, seguimiento de contratos) mediante SAP y asesoría general de recursos humanos por medio de la administración de un sistema de consultas.

Desarrollo reportes para el análisis de la venta de productos contra la competencia, asesoría y capacitación a agentes y promotores. Desarrollo de materiales. (trípticos, boletines, etc.)
