a) Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in ERPb) Manage store inventory & Manage stock levels Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.c) Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for the same. Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.d) Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.e) Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.f) Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between inter units.g) Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensure accuracy in all inventory records and resolve for issues if any.h) Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified and thereafter-inward document is prepared.i) Ensure that physical verification is carried every month and same is acknowledge.j) Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to its specification and location and ensuring its custody.k) Reporting daily & monthly MIS reports to reporting Manager on regular basis .l) Monitor day-to-day store operationsm) Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning manpower; following up on work resultsn) Daily and Monthly MIS.o) Responsible for entire Man-Power Management of stores / warehousep) Implementation and Execution of weekly and monthly training to Department Employees
