• Organize Orders received via Email, WhatsApp and Verbally for All Hypermarkets, Key Accounts and Cooperative and issue it to Store for preparation.• Supervise all activities at Warehouse and stores including receiving, unpacking, packing, loading storing, Stock movement, stock counting, issuing and delivering of stock.• Monitor storage conditions, environment control cooling and ensure that inventory materials are protected.• Confirm actual stock availability and track inventory movement Coordinate with Factory/Showrooms for orders and deliveries and following by FIFO Method of Inventory Movement.• Stock Count and Provide monthly Reconciliation for warehouse & Salesman VAN and correct wrongly entered Invoices, Replacements and Returns.• Support Management & Sales team with emergencies, reporting and task handling.• Communicated with vendors to discuss order discrepancies, and returned damaged merchandise or incorrect orders.• Managing store stock (MIN-MAX) to fulfil the required orders by the shop, showroom, cooperatives, and kiosks.
