The name of our project is “Uttara Probortan City” permitted by local government and applied for Rajuk, Rehab, environment ministry, housing ministry permission. Our total land is 200 Acers of high land so you need not fill by sand or piling. We have divided it in four blocks and inside there are 40ft & 60 ft wide avenues and 25ft & 30 ft wide roads all over the project. The plot sizes are 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 7.5, & 10 Katha’s. The most important part is the location of this project which is only 5 minutes driving distance and 2.75 KM from Uttara Mascot Plaza!

We “Paribarton Pvt. Ltd” like to inform you that, we have a land development project which is situated very near to Uttara sec # 10. It has four entries along with four wide roads and highways two of them are available right now and rest of them will be open within next few years as per RAJUK plans.
