I co-ordinate with all parties involved in the project including the clients, consultants, sub-contractors and labourers while ensuring construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.Within my present role, I also look after recruitments for the organization depending upon vacancies/new job opening/extension of teams while managing day-to- day vertical construction aspects of projects and monitoring project progress. I prudently provide valuable HR support to sustain long-term employee relations within assigned project by analyzing evolving nature of diverse workforce complexities. Furthermore, I conduct regular meetings with all sub-teams as well as monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis. I am also responsible for ensuring project documents are complete, conducting site surveys and proposing new routes & locations for expansion of facilities.Some of my core functional areas include:Train a team of 7 and manage the entire spectrum of business development for residential & commercial properties; manage & coordinate construction of 92 flats and 21 Villas of worth 50 crores.Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals as well as provide report on the project’s progress and escalate issues.Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.Plan and manage onsite manpower of about 100/ 200 resources, organise the best team possible to complete the project; train and teach employees as well as direct on-site 15 staff members.Manage raw material procurement of worth 30-40 lakhs on a monthly basis.

Ltd., I worked as Talent Acquisition Manager and was engaged in handling entire recruitment lifecycle for all positions by analysing data with useful HR metrics; scrutinizing, sourcing resumes through Job portals, references, databases as well as short listing, interviewing candidates, and also involved in salary negotiations.
