I started focusing on finding purpose in my coaching a few years ago when I realized that many of us get sucked into doing things that don’t fit with who we really are, and I include myself. After graduating with a Bsc. In Business Management from Kings College London, my first career was as a trader in the financial markets in Madrid. I later moved to Dubai to start an entrepreneurial journey in the retail industry, hence working in multicultural settings, dealing with government as well as individual clients and managing people in an SME in a foreign country. So, through my extensive experience in the corporate and high stress financial world and my 10+ years as an entrepreneur, I can help leaders be better leaders, managers to manage better and individuals to better reconcile all aspects of their lives. I believe we all are unique in our talents and abilities, and it is through leveraging these that we can get to exercise our fullest potential, whether it is at work or on the personal front. As a coach, I will partner with you to tap into your strengths, help you gain greater awareness on your values and your purpose, and together we can work out the best way for you to move forward with your goals. Being intentional in your actions for long lasting change is critical, hence I am here to support you and hold you accountable when needed. After all, it is only when what we do is aligned with who we are, that we get to experience true harmony in life.
