As a Digital Creative Executive, I am responsible for handling the social media platforms of Rahta Entertainments and Artist of Rahta Entertainments. I had handled various platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Website of Rahta Entertainment. I had successfully managed the "Music Diary" Program and got more than 1 M View at YouTube and TikTok. It's a unremarkable records not only for Rahta Entertainment but also for myself. At Evo Digital, I was mainly responsible for selling the service packages through phone calls, in person meeting and virtual meeting. I have to run the whole sales process with the help of a sale associate and I managed to successfully sell to more than 160 clients estimating 80,000,000 mmk gross income to the agency. I had made more than 700 phone calls per month and met with clients at their locations, explained about the company digital marketing services while trying to find their pain point and used it to secure the position in their heads. I got a lot of experiences learning not only from my agency CEO but also from my clients, business owner. Their ideas, philosophy, how they approach the market and what they want for their needs taught me a lot about business growth and marketing behavior. I had to take responsibility for the after sales services. When the clients complained, I have to communicate between agency and clients and solved the problems effectively.

- Explained about the program based on the education pathway the students would like to choose and guided the best suitable programs for them.- Handled the Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, HND, GED, IT, ITPEC, OSSD, MBA (Swiss), ABE, NCC (UK) Programs.- Phone calls to potential clients, follow up calls and answering inquiries phone calls.- Registered the new students using CRM Software.- Supported in University Events – Fresher Welcome, Food Fair, Online Seminar and Promotion Events.- Daily report to the manager about the number of inquiries calls and walk-in inquiries to the university.
