ENTREPRENEURIAL PROFILE My vast experience for more than 20 years in IS & Telecoms business in Total E&P Myanmar and Samart Corporation Thailand, as heads of support departments, makes me encourage to launch a service business in the wake of country’s economic and political opening in Myanmar. Therefore, I recently established a company called HQS Company Ltd., in March 2013 with an aim to start IT, mobility & relocation businesses and provide quality services to the potential customers in Myanmar. I believe that I have an advantage in providing services to multinationals since I have worked in multinational companies and also experienced as an expatriate in France (2011-2012), USA (1996), and Thailand (1990-1997).PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS • Managed several IT development projects delivering to the users in time within the budget restriction.• Improved the IT methodologies and provided solutions to the users in efficient ways.• Maintained HSE objectives preventing from human/material incidents at work on both offshore and onshore throughout 16 years in Total E&P Myanmar.• Managed to increase users’ satisfaction in IT assistance (approx. 400 users with more than 50 servers, 350 workstations and 50 different applications for five different sites).• Saved the company’s budget by planning well for IT expense and hardware purchasing.• Fulfilled users’ requirement in coordination with cross-functional managers of different departments and divisions.• Increased the team’s motivation and productivity by giving the proper directions and management.• Recruited prospective young bloods to the team.
