As an accomplished, driven C-Suite leader, I have gained a proven track record in successfully driving customer experience initiatives, loyalty programs and employee training for success. My focus is to unify departments by embedding a common vision, customer-centric culture and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.My 20-year background in the financial, banking and insurance sectors created the right mix of business and technical acumen, which has been influential in successfully delivering major programs and projects globally. During this time, I was a member of senior teams in well known investment banking powerhouses, including UBS Investment Bank, JPMorgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.On further progression, as a Chief Customer Officer, I lead a branch banking network of more than 2,000 personnel within a network of 80+ retail banking branches, and drive retail and bancassurance products for consumers. I input into the success of bank initiatives and direct multiple business units to achieve goals and targets. This by enabling market expansion, new customer acquisition and new products such as deposits and loan portfolios. Following that, as a Chief Products and Transformation Officer, I took ownership of the bank’s “change the bank agenda” and delivered numerous business, operational and organizational transformation and strategic projects.Currently, as the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Myanmar, in addition to effective people leadership, employee engagement and empowerment, career development opportunities, I continue to focus on performance as a dedicated leader with competency in crisis management and business continuity, particularly when faced with global events, as well as local political and economic crisis.
