The project involved maintenance and support to the critical core Banking and saving applications. Preventive maintenance, Management of Fault queue, Work allocation, Status reporting, Critical Service Requests (CSR) and Small Business Enhancements were my primary responsibilities.Drastically reduced turnaround time for CSR implementations by developing tools to validate source data and was awarded with ‘PRIDE’ award by the client.Proactively closed 180K inactive accounts and deleted 1 Billion old records from Transaction history database thereby reducing the need to purchase extra space.
