Client : One of the largest British cooperative financial institutionManaged a team from Client headquarters in UK for 1.5 years. I was chosen for this role following my excellent performance as Technology Lead at offshore for 1 year. The project involved maintenance and support to the critical core Banking and saving applications. Preventive maintenance, Management of Fault queue, Work allocation, Status reporting, Critical Service Requests (CSR) and Small Business Enhancements were my primary responsibilities.Drastically reduced turnaround time for CSR implementations by developing tools to validate source data and was awarded with ‘PRIDE’ award by the client.Proactively closed 180K inactive accounts and deleted 1 Billion old records from Transaction history database thereby reducing the need to purchase extra space. I was awarded with ‘PRIDE’ award by client.Received ‘On the Spot’ award from Infosys for providing innovative solutions to technical issues.

Client : Japanese multinational automotive manufacturerLead operational aspects of POC (Proof of Concept) and helped the Vehicle Supply Chain team select the right data propagation technology. Recommendations were made after evaluating the solutions provided by two leading vendors in Change data capture space.Closely worked with internal stakeholders to prepare ‘Evaluation Criteria’ and with product developers from vendors to evaluate the solutions.

Client : One of the "Big Three" automobile manufacturers in the United StatesDespite my Mainframe background, quickly scaled up to handle technologies like – Powerbuilder, C language, Java, Shell Scripting, UBD and Sybase etc. and worked in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle spanning across 9 different projects. Requirement gathering, Designing, Coding, Testing, Implementation, Reviews, Defect Prevention, Knowledge management and Onsite coordination were my primary responsibilities.My exceptional performance during User Acceptance Testing won us engagement feedback of 7/7.Received ‘Bravo’ award from Client for developing a complex analysis tool ( worth 375K USD ) for Capacity management.Received ‘On the Spot’ award from ‘Automobiles and Aerospace’, my Unit at Infosys, for the extraordinary effort and exemplary dedication shown in completing the project.Represented Infosys in the capacity of Process Champion, as my project was part of the sample (29 out of 650) selected for accessing Infosys on CMMi V1.2 framework.
