Senior Consultant—Technical Operations
Current• Design Concept Development & Prototyping: Collaborating with R&D to ideate innovative sanitary napkin products on the basis of market research analysis. Conducting feasibility studies, while ensuring government compliance. Creating preliminary designs and prototypes of sanitary napkin products, including material selection, dimensions, and design testing for comfort, absorbency, and leakage protection.• Testing and Validation: Conducting rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure performance requirements and safety standards. This may involve laboratory testing, user trials, and performance evaluations.• Supply Chain Management: Optimizing supply chain operations, including sourcing raw materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.• Vendor Management: Evaluating and managing relationships with suppliers in the United States of America, India, and China to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational performance through incremental enhancements or development of entirely new product features or variants to meet changing consumer/government needs and preferences.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and finance to align technical operations with overall business objectives and strategies.• Technical Support: Providing technical expertise and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technical solutions to minimize operational downtime.• Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure sanitary napkin products comply with technical government/industry specification and standards—relating to hygiene, safety, and labeling requirements.
