The Core Assessment & Appraisal Team could be seen as Human Resource on People Development. We assess officers' performance and help to make their performance better by giving feedback, moderating conflict, and conducting necessary action (training, bounding, or briefing). We believe that each member has their own best knowledge and skill to do their department job, and it becomes our main concern to disclose it by making a safe and comfortable environment to work in.
