I started this small business in the year 2020 during the lockdown, when I had this Idea about the guest house, where I am responsible for everything from welcoming customers and ensuring their satisfaction, receiving phone calls and responding to any inquiries plus handling reservations. Adding to that maintaining a clean and safe environment and building long lasting customer relations through providing high quality customer service.

Performing the duties of a Football Coach for the 2006/2007 and 2009/2010categories, where I worked on developing children's physical and mental abilities by preparing diverseactivities and programs. Plus planning and implementing training drills on teamwork and technical abilities.

During this period I worked with youth affected by the Beirut Explosion through preparing Football training sessions for children aged between 7 and 12 years old and maintaining a safe, fun and educational environment for the children.

I was responsible for scanning simple diseases and procedures listed on the front sheet and verifying their accuracy with available written reports plus determining the reason for admission by reviewing report history and data. Additionally, applying required ICD 10-CM and ICD 10-PCS codes on EPIC systems specific to specialty as defined by coding conventions, aiding medical staff in selecting the proper code for their studies and retrieving the lists of patients for research.

Sorting and filing medical records and test reports in the appropriate sequence using a legacy system, preparing daily schedules and retrieving medical records for all patients on appointment lists, maintaining high accuracy to ensure organization of files in a valid manner and most importantly, ensuring the confidentiality of records and information. Moreover, managing calls from clinic assistants and responding to their requests and handling system data entry and server update.
