I worked in Pakistan office of ZHS whereby I handled Accounting, Audit, Review and Payroll assignments of Canadian clients through my team here.We use caseware Audit software and Quickbooks Enterprise Accountant latest versions together with MS office applications as Software tools to manage our work.Working with ZHS has been a wonderful experience which gave me exposure to people, technical and social skills at International level.After March 2019 I been associated with ZHS on call basis for 3 to 4 months.

• Supervision of general ledgers, fund position, payables and bank reconciliations• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements• Formulating a suitable Chart of Accounts and Cost Centers to represent the nature of business and financial transaction in its best way• Closely Monitoring Cash Position and assisting the Group Director Finance in handling operational and adhoc Cash flow Requirements.• Supervision and audit of physical inventory. Assessment of and upgrades to Internal control system. • Assist in preparing budgets and setting standards of performance.• Laison with banks, Insurance Companies and External Auditors• Ensure high moral and enthusiasm among working team members by continuously coaching and leading the team members• Ensuring proper Compliance with regulatory standards such as Companies Ordinance, IFRS’s and Income Tax Ordinance etc.• Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Planning for Audit Works and allocating work to audit team members• Preparing budgets and setting standards of performance• Initiating Risk assessment Process.• Identifying and Monitoring areas with potential risks.• Practically executing audit checks and audit procedures.• Evaluating the attributes of data to assess its integrity and to find any deviations from established policies.• Organizing and supervising the ongoing jobs and works performed by working team members• Co-ordinating and communicating with Client senior and middle management.• Continuously monitoring the jobs performed against budgets and standards setted in advance and undertaking timely actions to control any deviations from standards• Ensure high moral and enthusiasm among working team members by continuously coaching and leading the team members• Ensuring proper Compliance with regulatory standards such as Companies Ordinance, IFRS’s and Income Tax Ordinance etc.• Preparing Financial Statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
