As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my focus is on attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent to fulfill our organization's staffing requirements. I work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to grasp staffing needs, devise recruitment strategies, and implement successful sourcing methods. My responsibilities span the entire recruitment journey, from posting job openings to negotiating offers and seamlessly onboarding selected candidates, all with a priority on delivering a positive candidate experience. Moreover, I remain vigilant about industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition to refine our recruitment processes continually.

In my role as a Senior Recruitment Officer, I oversaw the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent through various channels to onboarding candidates, ensuring that our projects had the necessary manpower. I coordinated recruitment efforts across India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Jordan, and The Philippines, tailoring our approach to meet the Company's specific needs. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, I traveled to these countries to identify and secure the best talent. Additionally, I provided valuable support as an Employee Relations Advisor, handling grievance management, offering advisory services, and facilitating conciliation and arbitration. I played a key role in implementing and streamlining processes within Oracle HRMS and contributed to the development of departmental goals and systems. Beyond my primary responsibilities, I also served as an Internal Auditor for ISO QMS, ensuring compliance and quality standards were met.

Maintaining the employee database. Conducting CV screening and sourcing through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, TimesJob, etc. Coordinating interviews and facilitating new employee onboarding procedures. Overseeing salary and end-of-service award processes. Acting as a liaison between units to address HR and grievance-related issues. Planning, developing, and implementing the Compensation & Benefits Program in accordance with labor laws and company policies. Identifying and providing training/development opportunities for key personnel to enhance work performance quality. Negotiating with vendors to procure office stationery and other necessities while maintaining effective cost control and ensuring quality standards. Supervising employee accommodation and arranging travel/transportation logistics.

 Payroll and End of Service Award Coordinating with Units. Maintaining Employee database and joining formalities. Searching and screening CV through job portals like naukri, monster. Managing Travel and Accommodation arrangements. Procurement of Office Stationary and other requirements with effective cost control and quality check.

This was my dream project but unfortunately I had to left due to partnership break.
