In my role as a Senior Recruitment Officer, I oversaw the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent through various channels to onboarding candidates, ensuring that our projects had the necessary manpower. I coordinated recruitment efforts across India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Jordan, and The Philippines, tailoring our approach to meet the Company's specific needs. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, I traveled to these countries to identify and secure the best talent. Additionally, I provided valuable support as an Employee Relations Advisor, handling grievance management, offering advisory services, and facilitating conciliation and arbitration. I played a key role in implementing and streamlining processes within Oracle HRMS and contributed to the development of departmental goals and systems. Beyond my primary responsibilities, I also served as an Internal Auditor for ISO QMS, ensuring compliance and quality standards were met.

Overseeing salary and end-of-service award processes. Acting as a liaison between units to address HR and grievance-related issues. Planning, developing, and implementing the Compensation & Benefits Program in accordance with labor laws and company policies. Identifying and providing training/development opportunities for key personnel to enhance work performance quality. Negotiating with vendors to procure office stationery and other necessities while maintaining effective cost control and ensuring quality standards. Supervising employee accommodation and arranging travel/transportation logistics.
