Najam Sheikh is a healthcare business executive who specializes in strategic programs, integration, and growth initiatives while serving patients with the best quality of care and associated outcomes with a shareholder oversight. Najam brings a blend of US and MENA healthcare experience that spans over 20 years extending across business strategies, clinical operations, hospital administration, cross functional management and relationship management functions. He is a trusted subject matter expert across this sector and is exceptional in stakeholder/shareholder relationship management. In his various capacity roles over the past 10+ years in Abu Dhabi, Najam has successfully facilitated strategic programs such as opening of a tertiary hospital, introduction of a multi-organ transplant center, most recently the successful opening of a 9-story comprehensive outpatient ambulatory oncology center as well as long list of 'first in-country' special initiatives resulting in successful business growth.
