• Analyze financial data and create financial models, evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.• Preparation of management reports, consolidation, budgeting & exception reports in accordance with the requirements for corporate decision-making purposes.• Monitor and supervision of daily financial activities and cash flow statement, Liquidity management and decision making to utilize bank limits in efficient manner.• Manage disbursement of monthly payroll of 3,000 employees with an estimated amount of 50 Million.• Monitor monthly Account Receivable of Rs. 100 Million and ensuring that no abnormality exists in receivables.• Managing CAPEX, OPEX and duly ensure all addition / retirements and depreciation charge.• Lead a team of 8-10 personnel to ensue error free accounts/ financial transactions, compliance with the taxation and corporate laws, company’s SOPs and internal control manuals.• Correspond with other departments, share company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.• Liaising with external/ internal auditors and other stakeholders to ensure legal obligations.

• Day to day vouching, maintenance of books of accounts, and financial reporting.• To ensure that inter region current accounts are reconciled through Debit/Credit Notes issued to/by different regions/head office.• Aging of receivables and update record on daily basis while ensuring that no abnormality exists in receivables.• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis.• Checking and submission of weekly & monthly tax reports.• Monitoring the funds status in the bank accounts.• To ensure that vendor claims are processed according to the laid down procedures and payments are made in time.
