I have worked in Acute medicine, Gastroenterology,Cardiology,, Hematology and Oncology Department . I have 4- year experience as Foundation year 2 and Resident in Acute medicine, Emergency medicine. I am currently doing my Internal Medicine residency I am experienced in working with a multidisciplinary team. I am apprised of own limitations and when to ask for help. Ability to priorities tasks and show effective time management. I am also Enthusiastic learner with good time keeping. I’m enthusiasm for education and research. I have Previous research and publication, IT skills, organizational skills, medical records. Throughout my working carrier, I have gained a variety of clinical experiences and skills from diverse medical department. My previous jobs as a FY2 level doctor provided me considerable experience with in a busy and often stressful environment as well as working as a team or independently. i have experience in doing duties include assisting in the day-to-day management of inpatients; attendance at Consultant ward rounds; prompt completion of e-discharge summaries; teaching medical students as directed; and attendance at clinical meetings. Working at one of the tertiary hospital of my country came with long busy duty hours and dealing with large number of patient day to day. Dealing with upset or angry patients and to handle those situation with calmness was one of the many things I have learned. My previous work experience as well as my personal life and education have helped me with multitasking, extra professional skills , time management , problem solving and importance of motivation will benefit me in this role. After graduation, I got registered in Pakistan medical council and have license to practice permanently. I have 3 years full-time postgraduate training as an SHO in the various department as Emergency and Acute medicine Departments, Cardiology department, Coronary care unit, Pediatric department General surgery managing critically ill patients. I am experienced enough to perform procedures like ABG , Pleural tap ,Abdominal paracentesis ,Intravenous cannulation along with that I have the experience of providing NIV care to patients during the covid -19 pandemic.Ability to perform minor procedures such as incision and drainage of abscess, excision and suturing of wounds, urethral catheterization. I have also done audit which I have done with my colleague. I have attended different workshop with College of Physician and Surgeon Pakistan.
