Keeping record and maintaining of sales in database system and Financial activities

• Managing and controlling of network and system in eastern zone regularly.• Configuration and controlling of cyber room firewall in zone related branches.• Data and voice configuration on control unit in zone.• Voice over IP phone on network control unit configuration in all branches and make sure it works smoothly.• VPN (virtual Private Network) to all eastern zone branches and make sure it is synchronizing effectively.• Remotely configuration and controlling of client PCs when needed.• Implementation of domain/client environment, insure all PCs are connected with domain server.• Insure all PCs are protected with KES antivirus and insure they getting regular updates from server• Regular checking of network PCs that are under IT policies and DAB standards.• Checking and controlling the network connections of zone with HQ on daily base and reporting any issue to HQ and ISP accordingly.• Resolving any problem of network and system in eastern zone branches (Laghman, Kunar, Nuristan, Torkham and shahri).• Informing network and Internet problems to Information Technology Department officially by email.• Train one of the staff in each branch of eastern zone to solve the IT related small issues through the communication of telephone.• Installation and configuration of Desktop, Laptop, printers, scanners and other officially essential software and removing unrequited software.• Installation and configuration of outlook and solving any related issue of outlook in zone and related branches and reporting the issue to HQ which is not solved.• Preparing and reporting the status of the Internet and media links to HQ on weekly base.• Reporting and purchasing requests required IT related equipment of zone and related branches.• Keeping the document of all send and receive file in separated carton files. • Keeping the record of existent IT equipment in stock.• Any IT related task which will assign by Information Technology Department.

• Monitor all network for internet connectivity.• Configuration and installation of Windows servers in a LAN client environment network.• Configuration and installation of new hosts in LAN environment, prepare them for the use with server-based network services. • Coordinate with ISPs for internet problems• Ms. Outlook configuration, and instruction on usage• Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems• Data backups & maintain Files, Folders & Data sharing on wireless and LAN network for all departments.• Preparing monthly report of all activities and report to the Project Manager• Collect monthly reports from community mobilizers.• Compilation of reports.• Entry of reports and data to database.• Send data to project manager monthly wise.• Help with Social Mobilizer in their baseline survey.• Conduct meeting with local community members.• Collecting data for IHSAN project.
