Current• Expertise in assigning accurate ICD-10, CPT, DDC, HCPCS and other service codes for diagnosis and procedures performed in the Inpatient/outpatient setting.• Resubmission and reconciliation work of Insurance. Maintaining proper documents, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word etc., Coordinate activities of staff.• Applying advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, treatment modalities, diagnostic test, medications Acts as a resource when necessary for billing, pre-authorization and reimbursement issues and outpatient / inpatient coding.• Outstanding ability to maintain strong relations with Physicians, employees, pharmacist, receptionist, and Insurance companies.• Working in IP and OP rejection claims (nearly 150 rejection claims per day).• Medically justifying for rejected claims according to denial codes.• Identifying and evaluating the specified problems and correcting the mistakes occurred.• Focusing on each agreed tariff and reconciling according to the policy.• Prepared claims with required documentation and distribute accordingly in a timely manner to expedite payment, Good knowledge of all plans and medical invoices.• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to multitask within the fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.• Strong accomplished experience in insurance and medical business office. Processed insurance and disability claims in a timely manner.• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and insurance practices.
