Major Projects:# 2 Nos-G+4 Labour Accommodation Project, Jabel Ali, Dubai# Garage, Boat House and Accommodation Project for H.H Sheikh Ahmad, Al Rowayyah, Dubai# Health Point Hospital, Mubadala, Abu Dhabi - HVAC Terminal Installation# HVAC Design and Execution, Fabtech, DIC , DubaiROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:# Study/Review of tender documents including scope of work, drawing, BOQspecifications, client requirement etc, for proper estimation of work.# Preparation of MEP shop drawings, material submittals and technical submittalsto ensure quality control of mechanical works.# Attend meetings with suppliers, clients, and other parties related to MEP systemrequirements.# Managing the site installation activities including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting,Solar Water Heating system, LPG, Electrical & ELV etc to ensure full compliancewith the Quality, Project specification, approved documents, codes & standardsand local authority’s requirement.# Preparation of Materials Request by Quantity take-offs from drawings andcoordinating with site team.# Tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of Materials with Procurement Dept.and Vendors# Sub-Contract Preparation and Contracts management.# Verification and Controls of Sub-Contractor’s Invoice.# Communicating and coordinating with different department such as client,consultant and Main contractor to ensure full understanding of the MEPsystems needs and requirements.# Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report and Look-ahead schedule tothe Project Manager.# As Built Drawing, O&M Manuals and other close-out documents preparation.# Selection of HVAC equipment and Duct design for commercial applications suchas Package Unit, Ducted Split Unit, Decorative units, VRF Units, Exhaust Fans etc# Heat load calculations by using Carrier’s HAP software and E-20 form (ASHRAEstandard)
