Program Delivery Coordinator

As the first Program Delivery Coordinator at MovingWorlds, I was entrusted with the responsibility of carving out the parameters and potential for this role, alongside the Head of Partnerships. I play a critical role in supporting our global programs and corporate partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Operations and collaborating closely with the Program Team, I focus on two main responsibilities:1. Program and Project Coordination: I support the development and execution of project plans for our global programs, including the TRANSFORM Support Hub and custom corporate initiatives. This involves managing task scheduling, tracking, and meeting schedules, as well as facilitating communication via our CRM to ensure seamless program operation.2. Corporate Partner Support: Operating on a global scale, I work closely with the Program and Operations Teams to provide exceptional support to our corporate partners. This includes managing program delivery and account-specific projects, and proactively ensuring program health. I handle client service escalations, conduct user testing for program design, along with coordinate internal meetings to drive alignment and planning.

I had the privilege of pioneering the Program Coordinator role at MovingWorlds, a position that was the first of its kind within the organization. I was responsible for managing high-impact programs that drove social impact across global communities. Working closely with the Program Team and reporting to the Head of Operations, my role encompassed three main responsibilities:1. Event Management: I played a pivotal role in planning and executing virtual events for our community, including webinars, workshops, and educational programs. This involved coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery while continually innovating and enhancing event technologies.2. Program & Project Coordination: I supported the development and execution of program and project plans for initiatives such as the MovingWorlds Institute and corporate-sponsored programs. This includes task scheduling, tracking, meeting coordination, and communication management to facilitate the smooth operation of these programs.3. Customer Support & Coordination: I provided direct support to our users, guided them through our platform and resolved their queries via our customer help channels. Collaborating with the Operations and Tech teams, I contributed to ongoing improvements in customer support processes and tools.With a focus on empowering team members and leveraging technology to scale effectiveness, I thrived in an environment where I could make a meaningful impact. My skills included proficiency in modern workplace tools such as Google Apps/Suites, CRM systems like Zoho CRM, and communication management tools.
