- Managing Menhaji Project for MOE in Kuwait by KFAS, implemented an interactive classroom management system for around 40 public schools.- Managing Darsi Project for MOE in Jordan, implemented an interactive classroom management system for around 40 public schools.- Managing Makani Project for UNICEF in Jordan, implemented an interactive classroom management system for around 160 centers for Syrian refugees in Jordan.- Provide training and setup team meetings on a regular basis to make sure we are on track, in addition preparing on demand and scheduled reports.

Kuwait

- Assist Project Managers in the implementation of Avaya SIP Technology, Office 365 E3 Business suit, and in-house ERP system. - Managing the Open-Text server and helping users on using the MS-Office add-ons - Handle the executive and board members people for any IT related needs.- Make sure that the projects are implemented smoothly to the C-Level Executives and board members in Alshaya head office.- Involved in many projects such like rolling out Office 365 for business users and establishing an IP telephony experience for the business users using Avaya SIP technology in various locations in the region.
