• Develop relationships with key FADEL and customer business personnel

• In addition to the Operational Specialist role responsibility this role involves:
• Guide customer in risk management and mitigation for entire implementation plan.
• Perform on-going risk analysis.
• Identify critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to closure.
• Customer training including end-user and system administrator.
• Thoroughly test all software customizations verifying consistency of customer-generated data and provide quality checks of all deliverables.

• Document functional and non-functional requirements based on interactions with customers.
• Create functional designs and prototypes based on analysis of requirements.
• Write detailed functional specifications.
• Review and test completed modifications for functional accuracy.
• Provide training to customers and internal resources.
• Estimate/plan activities and efforts associated with the functional requirements.

• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium IDE and Selenium RC for core application and customizations.
• Follow up on new automation test technology to implement on the system.

• Testing various wide HR solutions ranging from talent management to applicant tracking, employee performance, learning systems and career development applications for big clients all around the globe through:
• Creating test cases and developing testing analysis and strategies
• Bugs detection, structural and functional testing, regression and sanity tests
• Monitoring merge conflicts ensuring releases from development into production
• Reporting and documenting anomalies and deviations from standard or expected behavior
• Applying quality assurance standards, methods and procedures to determine readiness
