To ensure the company's aircraft, engine, components, and associated equipment are scheduled for maintenance in a timely and economical manner and in accordance with Prima Air and CAAM requirement.To monitor and schedule Maintenance Forecast Program in a manner to ensure cost effective maintenance without compromising the airworthiness of the aircraft, engine, propellers, landing gears and components in accordance with manufacturer and Aviation Authority requirements.

To organize, compile and control the maintenance check package documents and assist to co-ordinate with supporting sections in ensuring progress of aircraft check is under control and in accordance with company, customer and airworthiness requirements. To monitor aircraft maintenance during hangar entry & make sure task carried out accordingly.

The Guest Services Assistant shall maintain the highest level of safety, security and service standards for ground operations. Providing assistance to guests if any special need: wheelchair, NTL, etc. Handling documents: GD, crew sign, collecting departure and arrival immigration card.
