Prepared all specifications and tender documents.Scheduled, supervised/monitored and managed capital projects;Met with tenants and tenant Associations to coordinate the implementation of capital projects, and infrastructure programs;Coordinated energy efficiency measures such as conversion of domestic hot water or space heating from electrical to gas, water flow retrofit, lighting and co-generation; Applied and obtained funds from Provincial and Federal Governments;Established dates for site meetings, evaluated tenders and awards of contracts;Administered annual service tenders;Provided condition survey reports of sites;Daily maintenance troubleshooting.

Reviewed tender documents, plans and specifications and planned chronological project activities; Prepared quantity surveys in a detailed compilation of each elementary work item that is called for on the project;Obtained required bonds-bid, performance, maintenance or any other legal requirements called for by the contract; Administered purchase orders and contracts from clients;Organized information pertaining to new job set up, material ordering and delivery;Organized, planned, scheduled and controlled the field work to secure the project completion within the time and cost limitations;Trained employees for WHMIS legislation.
