Senior It Recruiter
CurrentInternal recruitment:- Leading meetings with hiring managers to determine vacant positions - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders- Leading & improving our end-to-end recruitment process of our vacancies: Build a recruiting strategy and hire senior roles: schedule interviews, conduct interviews and follow-up with various stakeholders involved in the recruitment process- Ensuring recruiting success and high candidate traffic through all channels: employee referrals, applicants, active and passive candidates- Ensure that data is collated and recorded accurately in the ATS to enable data-informed recruitment and actionable insights- Using social media for proactive recruitment and continuously looking at new ways to source candidates within Europe- Manage and plan for new positions (advertising, postings, etc.)- Develop a talent pool for future roles, in collaboration with Hiring Managers
