Mr. Sfeir published two books one AutoCAD and another on Adobe Photoshop.

Mr. Sfeir is director and owner of Expertise Training Center/ETC. ETC is authorized training center for Autodesk, CSI, Rhino, Adobe, and V-Ray. ETC conducts private and public courses. In 2005, ETC was the first training center to offer V-Ray courses.In 2006, ETC was the first training center to offer Revit courses to students and companies. The first contracts were with Qualco and Dar Al Handassah. We build models with Revit (3D), plan time with Primavera (4D), and manage money with ERP systems (5D). Solutions were implemented at major companies such as Dar Cit and ACC in Lebanon and Hael University in Saudi Arabia.In 2014, ETC BIM managed the design and development of the Bahrain Airport extension and the Saudi Arabia Custom Station.In 2015, MAN Enterprise appointed ETC "BIM Manager" ABC Mall Verdun Street.In 2016, ETC is BIM Managing the development of the Azouri tower in Lagos Nigeria among other projects.

ETC currently has three branches in Lebanon. Dbayeh, Achrafieh, and Down Town.ETC also operates in Oman, UAE, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia.
