• Manage and Administrate MS Endpoint Manager (Intune) including Deployment and Configuration.• Manage Software distribution on global basis using both BigFix and Intune.• Manage Autopilot deployments.• Perform security patches and monthly Windows updates using BigFix and Intune.• Manage Active Directory users, permissions and workstations.• Identify and manage system vulnerabilities.• Produce and Manage Tenable.sc reports.• Create and maintain compliance profiles for endpoints to enforce baseline security standards.• Monitor security agents on all Desktop /Mobile Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.• Tier 2 Technical Support, Troubleshoot and remediate complex systems in a fast-paced time sensitive live production and broadcast operation. • Enhance the internal IT processes in the global IT Team.• Testing, maintaining, and monitoring systems, including coordinating the installation and deployments.
