In 2023 I left the corporate world and transitioned to cycling and coaching full-time with Women Moving Forward by UAE Team ADQ and RidewithNaj, after attaining my UESCA Cycling Coach Certification. Prior to this, I spent 15 years in the Telco industry. I attended the Antonin University in Lebanon, where I graduated with a Bachelor of computer and communication engineering and I then attended 'Ecole Supérieure D’électricité' in France, where I graduated with a masters in 'Sécurité des systèmes d’information'. I commenced my training journey in 2020 to enhance my physical and mental health through endurance sports. I learnt and grew through cycling , swimming and running. I completed several endurance challenges, several charity rides, and 2 full IronMan. In 2023 I launched ridewithnaj, an initiative that comes off the back of increasing awareness for women’s involvement in sports of all type, providing ladies with a friendly, safe, and approachable avenue into the cycling community. I am a big advocate of sports communities. I also work with clients 1:1 to help them progress towards their personal cycling or fitness goals.In 2024 , I joined UAE Team ADQ as the community coach for Women Moving Forward Dubai. Joining UAE Team ADQ fulfills my dream and my mission to empower women to embrace sports joyfully.
