• Monitor communications to make use of the accuracy and quality of content sent out by the team to prospective students through phone calls and e-mails regarding the University and program• Achieve daily metrics surrounding several calls per day, speed to lead metrics, talk time per day, and number of applications per day as set by senior management• Create reports using the CRM database to track student progress and report the overall matrix to the regional head • Assist the marketing team in building internal cultivation plans to re-engage students• Responsible for achievement of team targets set by senior management and partner universitiesHandle student complaints Investigate any negative social media comments and respond quickly to increase student retention Facilitate prospective students through the application process for their university of choice, ascertain student needs and objectives of a prospective student through a set of interviews, and help the student determine if the program or University is fit for the student and ensure the student meets all requirements and deadlines
