Monitoring bulk production booking on time for components. Analyze risk factors to correlate with production planning and stock control to meet demand.3. Quotation Management (with local & imported fabric ) & Leading negotiation at different phase of sourcing & active Finish goods suppliers panels to offer competitive price with qualitative product to ensure maximum attractiveness of Stores and increase in return.4. Product Development (proto/selection sample, size set, Master samples/PPS sample)& product promotion with design to cost reduction (for adult & junior products) 5. Authorized to give technical validation of Master samples to start bulk production for local duplication samples (PPS & Size set sample) with confirming all testing perimeters.6. Sourcing & negotiating fabric & accessories price to facilitate local development.7. Follow up bulk production & monitoring order management based on seasonality & forecast. Optimize lead time to assure on time delivery & secure KPI (Key performance indicators). 8. Quality conformity in bulk production, root cause analysis & set concrete action plan .Monitoring inline, final inspection & analyze customer feedback.9. Follow up Quality audit, compliance audit and Process/Technical audit to prepare the factory with Decathlon standard.10.
