- Manage the program head's and other pertinent stakeholders' communication procedures to make sure project activities are completed on time;- Monitoring the project planning and program management, capable of ensuring prompt scheduling of workshops, creation of project proposals, and prompt management of externals;- Providing administrative and logistic support to people, culture and organizational development;- Work with experts in the field of mental health (students and parents) and organize counseling sessions to raise awareness;- Assisting in strengthening the network of internal and external stakeholders needed to manage the project and carry out program activities;- Watch over the students and any essential staff to ensure that they adhere to the project's requirements and plan;
