Responsible for promoting the company, recruiting clients, and managing the day-to-day operations of Six Dimensions, LLC. Also responsible for executing company services which include: design, implementation, and evaluation of public health strategies; facilitating and supporting the establishment of cohesive collaborations and partnerships to improve community health; facilitating effective interdisciplinary health communication; and facilitating, supporting, and advocating for population specific public policy.

Responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to federal agencies, foundations, and other grant-making organizations, and persuasively communicating the School of Public Health’s mission and programs to potential funders. Responsible for submitting grant requests, establishing and maintain personal contact and relationships with foundation contacts, conducting prospective funding research, overseeing funded projects, and maintaining a calendar of submissions and other deadlines.

Facilitate online class instruction in Drug Abuse Education and Community and Public Health for Master's in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation students.

Work in conjunction with the Focus4Teens Implementation team and national Training and Technical Assistance Provider to plan and provide training and technical assistance to health centers in the Mississippi Delta. This includes supporting health centers in implementing systems to monitor performance toward achieving goals and engaging in continuous quality improving. Specific duties include facilitating a capacity and needs assessment process with five community-based, school-based, and mobile health clinics within three counties in the Mississippi Delta. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to identify strengths and gaps in services. Responsible for working closely with the lead evaluator to develop and implement actionable systems to analyze data from partners to monitor implementation; monitor linkage relationships, and provide ongoing training and technical assistance to promote data quality

Duties included directing fifteen (15) community based program projects (training and prevention) and ensuring that all projects are in compliance for funding agencies. Also responsible for securing funding to sustain current programs and implement new programs. Responsible for preparing programmatic goals, objectives, and work plans for all current and new projects. Responsible for facilitating the integration of community-based practices in clinic-based settings. Managed a staff of 17 employees in three locations across the state, including clinic and social work staff. Aided in successfully securing funding for over ten projects.

Duties included managing six (6) public health prevention projects and ensuring that all grant objectives and milestones were achieved for projects. Also responsible for amending and revising programs to adapt to the changes and needs of the target audiences. Managed a staff of seven (7) employees.
