This may include making customized, one-off, versions of the cash flow tools or making changes in all or any one of the three delivery channels (web based, Excel based, LOS based)- Conducting Trainings and coordination with HR for training.- Prepare business plans and marketing plans for all new and existing products in coordination with the Marketing and BusinessProduct Management & Research;- Maintain periodic product performance analysis;- Draft proposals, finalize research companies, review reports, and payment arrangementsPolices on Environment, People with Disabilities, Financial Inclusion, and Banking on Equality; - Hold discussions with stakeholders (internal and external) to formulate the basis of policiesDraft policies and have them signed by all relevant stakeholders- Conduct financial literacy sessions.- Develop, amend, and report KPIs pertaining to each area.
