Current• Act as the primary onshore liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining seamless communication.• Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and scoping to execution and monitoring.• Collaborate with the resource team in Pakistan to prepare for projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.• Lead customer meetings to clarify requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.• Prepare monthly billing invoices, streamlining financial processes for the Finance Department.• Manage multiple projects across divisions, with a focus on quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.• Assign teams to projects and monitor daily tasks to ensure successful execution.• Conduct regular client calls and status updates to discuss progress and resolve issues.• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, addressing queries before the technical team's working hours to bridge time zone gaps.• Analyse project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.• Review project health with the project director and CEO to ensure alignment with business objectives.• Draft project proposals and respond to RFPs for small to medium-sized organizations to enhance business opportunities.• Evaluate sales leads and oversee pre-sales activities, preparing impactful proposals and pitches.• Ensure timely releases aligned with customer needs, nurturing existing client relationships and driving new business acquisition
