Complex Psychology was founded to help small-to- mid-size organizations innovate in executive leadership, organizational change, assessment, group dynamics, DEI-related employee training, and organizational wellness. Informed by psychodynamic theories, behavior change concepts, an understanding of interpersonal and group dynamics, and principles of design thinking, we create individualized and group interventions. Our courses, workshops, and training are facilitated live with access to a wide range of short, ubiquitous, digital micro-courses on related topics. With our courses, we encourage people to engage in self-exploration as a primary vehicle for organizational change. Our interventions are specifically designed to help one group: Humans.
