Initiatives included marine conservation- managing established protected area, overseeing coral restoration programme, sea turtle and seabird monitoring, and sargassum mitigation. Land conservation through management of a 10-acre community permaculture garden, farm-to-table initiatives, tree planting schemes, and erosion reduction. Implemented a renewable energy road map and waste management strategy to improve island infrastructure. Sustainable procurement for company supply chains in villas and hotels, while actively reducing single-use material. Developed and implemented communication, training and education strategies for island community stakeholders, from residents to shareholders and guests. Curated experiences and events aligned with conservation mandate for aforementioned stakeholders.
