I have years of experience in hospitality, from catering at restaurants, hotels, conventions, a full-time front desk receptionist at an art boutique hotel to hosting Geisha dinner shows to oversea tourists. Working in hospitality industry allowed me to gain excellent communication skill, time management and leadership.I have spent the last two years in a social media marketing role, starting as an intern thereupon as a creative director, for a kimono rental company in Japan. Managing and creating content for major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. During my time working there, there was approximately 30% increase in website traffic as well as an increase of over 10K followers on Instagram. I have created contents as well as coordinating monthly photoshoots and directing multiple projects throughout my career in this role.Although I do not have a degree in marketing, I am not only passionate about social media itself, but its' ever changing dynamics and its' impact on our daily lives. Through my experiences in both social media marketing and hospitality industry, I have gained extensive soft skills from time management, collaboration and high communication skills.
