I lead logistical coordination large scale projects conducted all over the state of Maharashtra. Collecting and collating data and generating the requisite reports to be presented to clients. Client negotiations and onboarding is also a part of my profile as well as keeping my team motivated and performing at their best.

In this role, I am involved in pre Festival planning, recruitment and logistics. During the festival I am the key Coordinator and the first point of contact to resolve any issues. I work with a team and have to perform in high pressure fluid situation, in which I am allowed to make decisions at my own discretion. This included conversations with VIPs, invitees, delegates which would be common for me throughout the festival period.
