• Assisted Senior Project Manager in the CIM 5035 case regarding the blade repair & installation including the transport, schedule & budget updating by pulling daily information from SAP ERP module and provided the weekly budget updates. • Assisted Project Managers in the tracking, monitoring, and controlling of the excusable events & NCR’s received from Subcontractors.• Reviewed the project specifications of excusable events which used to help mitigate the received claim amount from the subcontractors and while submitting the same to owners, which helped in mitigating the costs and schedule relief.• Conducted the early morning subcontractor calls to get the daily schedule plans in order to create the detailed POD (Plan of the Day report) to report directly to the Client’s representative, which aided to identify the upcoming critical path issues followed by taking the correct decisions with the team to lower upcoming risks. Conducted the EOD meeting (End of Day) with all the subcontractors to ensure whether the activities are on time and coordinated continuously with site-in charge & construction lead technician to ensure the progress of top out and electrical commissioning activities. • Used to delegate the resources alike Field Engineers, Crane Supervisors to aid in the smooth execution of the installation process. • Organized the calls on the case basis with the subcontractor’s representative and the on-site superintendents if required any clarity in execution. • Developed & maintained the advance level excusable event tracker, demurrage tracker of the assigned projects considering the exhibit regulations.• Assisted and drafted the cost proposals for the commercial recovery against the approved excusable events by keeping the LD’s in consideration.• Delegated FSC’s in the collection of the documents for the generation of burden of proof required for the NCR recovery case.
