The Mission of iSPIRT is to transform India into a hub for new generation software products, it is crucial to address government policy, create market catalysts and grow the maturity of product entrepreneurs. An integrative approach is fundamental and vital. Since the stakes are high and industry is 
moving very fast, a reactive ivory tower 
approach cannot succeed. In addition to 
top-down policy recommendations, the 
hive mind of the industry must be leveraged
to support conversations for 
grassroots involvement and actions. 
David Weinberger said it most aptly: the 
smartest person in the room is now the room. Have been actively working with the Central Govt - MOF, SEBI, RBI, DIPP, DEITY to bring out the best policies for the Software Product Companies and Startups. Also have been actively engaging with State Govts of Rajasthan, Karnataka, West Bengal and Kerala with their Startup Policies and working closely to help in the Implementation of the policies for Software Product Companies and Startups.With this context in mind, about 30 product 
companies and individuals have joined hands 
together to form iSPIRT – the Indian Software 
Product Industry Roundtable.

NITEE is an interconnected eco-system of IT start-ups/SMEs, consultants,investors, institutes, corporate and aspiring entrepreneurs at Delhi-NCR. Formally registered as membership based organisation it has around 100 members. NITEE has a professional secretariat to cultivate knowledge and business development networks for the success of start-ups/growth stage companies in the broad domain of Information and Communication Technology(ICT). NITEE is probably the India's only regional level innovation network which has been conceptualized and being led by the ICT entrepreneurs. The bottom -up approach on which NITEE has evolved in last 3 years includes the innovation experts, industry development experts, strategic service providers, academic and R&D institutes, investors and friends of innovators. Its secretariat is a nodal point of communication among budding and mature entrepreneurs (horizontal linkages), to cultivate linkages across the firms and stakeholders (heterogeneous linkages) on contexts of knowledge and business development. As a membership based organisation NITEE represents interests of more than 4000 ICT MSMEs in Delhi-NCR.
