Managed the following IT & SAP Projects & Programs: - Mobilis (Telecommunications client in Algeria (pre-contract work)): scope included a process re-engineering and full implementation of the client's infrastructure to migrate to the Cloud, implement IoT and Big Data elements as well as a slew of Mobile Applications.- CIMAT (Cement Client in Morocco): Turned around a 7-months late SAP Project and rescoped it. Delivered successful Go Lives on updated plan and signed a multi-million dollar change request to rollout to more African countries for a larger footprint for the client.- UAE Armed Forces (Defense client in UAE): scope was an SAP Implementation of multiple business units within the UAE Armed Forces. Successfully brought client live on 2 business units.- King Abdulaziz University (Client in Jeddah, KSA): Managed an Arabic implementation of SAP across various modules, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Business Intelligence (BI).- Qatar Shell (Oil & Gas Client in Doha, Qatar): Designed & Managed Procurement & Finance Workflows in SAP to enhance the approval and control processes for Shell.
