An empathetic role player with over 12 years’ worth of solid, versatile experience in brand communication, public relations and crisis management as well as reputation management. Until December 2020, I drove Public Relations for Zamani Holdings, a parent company for ITHUBA, the National Lottery Operator. My role included developing a brand voice for the business, positioning the company as an industry thought leader, and telling the success story of the business and its leaders through strategically selected media platforms. I spearheaded the publicity around stories of jackpot winners - stories that made headlines and had the country buzzing on countless occasions. Part of my achievements at Zamani Holdings include leading award entries for the Group CEO in 2019 and 2020. In 2019, the Group CEO was awarded the Vision 2030 Top Woman in Education Award, and in March 2020, the Forbes Africa Social Impact Award.As of December 2020, I am working full time on expanding my agency, Greysun Media, a full service agency that offers brand-centric communication solutions to clients.
