CurrentA nonprofit agency serving adults with serious persistent mental illness and substance use in the Twin Cities metro area.- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the organization, the markets, and clients to support business leaders and managers. - Monitor labor market to determine impact on the agency. Provide insight into the key drivers, demographic shifts, and policy developments that may affect the business in the future: the availability and cost of talent, funding/regulations, and other external factors. Foster a culture of equity and inclusiveness.- Assess and analyze for areas that require developing or streamlining of business practices, processes, policies, training and/or communication. Provide guidance, project management plans, and input on HR processes, program restructures, workforce planning, operations initiatives, and succession planning. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Complete Workforce Analysis reports for Affirmative Action Reporting; partner with HR Director to facilitate and maintain compliance with AAP plan.
