C) Introduction of Reverse auction for transportation & later purchase of raw material.Was instrumental in launch of green field bakery division with out of box thinking for logistics of bakery and by heat and trail achieved to transport bakery as piggy back on to dairy product and with Zero cost on logistics of FG.It was done for the first time in India.Ensured - 20° & <(Ice Cream) / + 8 °(Dairy)and below in all the storage facilities & transit trucks by asking a GPS service provider to fit a temp monitor in each truck and got this monitored by a central control room 24×7@365 days.This was a first of its kind experiment & secured quality and reduced damages.
