I proactively greet and socialize with my customers, while taking their orders and packing food as efficiently as possible. I have experience in working with a cash register, EFTPOS and also Liven. I worked as a Christmas casual as a customer service staff, I organised clothes racks, worked with the EFTPOS machine while engaging with my customers and their enquiries.

I worked in the art gallery as a volunteer, where I greeted the visitors and acted as a guide for them while providing necessary information about the venue and art exhibitions.

I have experience in working under stressful conditions, especially during rush hour whilst fulfilling both employer and customer satisfaction. As a member of the customer service team, I was trained to prep food during the setup of the store, payments using both the cash register and EFTPOS, packaging, and serving hot food within 1-2 minutes, and changeover to cleaning the dining space. I had also communicated and solved issues regarding cultural and language barriers with my multilingual skills, as we often serve international tourists due to our store location

It was a 2-week work experience program. I learned the basics of general office work such as taking phone calls and fulfilling customer needs over the phone. I also organized all the files and records in the cabinets in specific orders and was responsible for sorting out the required documents of certain patients’ appointments of the day.
