Along with this strong passion for development and approximately 15 years experience in administration, program management, planning, implementation, liaising and advocacy with government and non-government stakeholders. I hope to make a difference by positively impacting people in our small world.Key Achievements:1. Initiated, developed and implemented Integrated Education Programs for Refugee youth in grades 10-12, at four differ Congolese refugee camps in Rwanda (In partnership with Adventist Development Relief Agencies-Rwanda (ADRA) and Impact Hope and the UNHCR)2. Fund raised over 250,000 USD for refugee youth education in 2014-2015.3. Involved in helping students explore issues of gender identity through workshops. 4.Organized several home building projects with different type of international teams, One of the highlights was working on a project where 100 homes were built by over 2,000 volunteers, including celebrities Brad Pitt, Steve Waugh and John Abraham, during the five-day Jimmy Carter Work Project in Lonavala, outside of Mumbai. 5. Upgraded a 20 bed hospital to a 40 bed hospital including a new 9 bed intensive care unit in a span of two years. 6.
