With over 26 years of experience as an educator at Kingsway High School, in addition to 10 years as an adolescent counsellor in R.K.Khan Hospital, I have developed strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching. I have led cross-functional teams of teachers, staff, and students to design and implement innovative curricula, projects, and programs that enhance effective student learning and engagement. I have also contributed to the school's mission of providing quality education for all students, regardless of their background, abilities, or interests. I value collaboration, diversity, and creativity, and I strive to inspire and empower my students and colleagues to achieve their full potential. As a curriculum specialist, teacher mentoring and support in the classroom for meaningful teaching and learning has been a key driving motivation. Setting, moderating, training and marking of a national exit level examination in accordance to Blooms and Barretts taxonomies within the operational framework of policies and protocols is an embedded skill after 15 years of experience in this capacity.Being commissioned by a reputable publishing house to develop and write learner-teacher support material for the national curriculum bears testament to my credibility, expertise and outstanding work ethic.
