Nalini is the founder of AMAZE Technologies located in Putra Perdana, Puchong. She received her Masters in Industrial Technology (MSc) from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2012 and eventually started her own business in Training and Development. Upon graduating in the year of 2002 from University Teknologi Malaysia in Electrical Engineering, she started her career with a Japanese company known as Tamura Electronics Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya as a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Engineer. Completing 4 years there, she ventured into Flextronics, an American based company in Shah Alam where she worked as a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Engineer. She took a leap in her career when being offered a middle management position in local medical manufacturing company known as Foresight Industries Sdn. Bhd. Realising her strength as a Trainer and the ability to influence, she decided to join Selangor Human Resource Development Centre as a Technical Trainer. The early years in engineering field had indeed enable her to share her knowledge through technical training and she had trained quiet a number of employees from various companies in the field of PCB Manufacturing. Before starting her own company in 2012, she joined a German based company known as Elektrisola based in Janda Baik, Pahang where she served as a Section Head for Training and Development. Currently serving as Technical Consultant for AMAZE Technologies, Nalini still conducts training. Her company AMAZE Technologies strength lies in providing practical and useful technical training for engineers, technicians and other technical personnel.
